Ingo J. Jander is a native of Berlin and has lived in his adopted hometown of Hannover for almost 20 years. He discovered his love for singing and music theater early on as a supernumerary at the Deutsche Oper Berlin and began private singing lessons. He later switched to cultural management and became, among other things, head of the KBB at both the Deutsche Oper and Komische Oper in Berlin. He later worked as an artist agent at Konzertdirektion Schmid and then took over the position of orchestra director at the Bremer Philharmoniker and then of the Niedersächsischen Staatsorchesters Hannover. Since 2023 he has been an agent for solo opera artists at the ZAV in Hannover.
